I like the mix of classes. In Orange 60 I like the combination of cardio and strength. Before joining Orange Theory I always just ran. I know I need the strength workouts too. I also like the Tread 50 and Strength 50. I always try to do Tread 50 one day and Strength 50 one day.
I also love the coaches. They are very motivating and I like when they give pointers on better technique when doing strength.
Love the coaches and the variety! It's a great place where everyone actually knows your name, which is extra motivating. I'm always challenged and it's always different which keeps it interesting!
I love the trainers and team and Orange Theory - Prosperity Church Rd. The workouts are rigorous, well planned, and lots of fun! I highly recommend Orange Theory!
This is my first week at the University location and I absolutely LOVE it. On top of the coaches being so motivating and kind, there's such a sense of community. From the manager to the lovely ladies at the front desk.. I am happy to have found a new OTF home that is more conveniently located to my job and new home. Looking forward to many more classes in the future.
I love how encouraging and knowledgeable the coaches are during the workout. It is also motivating having others in the class working towards their goals.
I like how the workouts allow me to feel accomplished. It is easy to get my workout done because of the guidance and support. Overall I prefer OT over a gym.
