You can push yourself at your own fitness level. OTF provides a workout that can be completed at various levels to meet me where I am in my fitness journey. Whether I choose to walk on the treadmill and challenge myself with inclines or kick things up and sprint my heart out, I can modify the workout to make it suit me. I love when the coaches check on everyone on the floor to correct form and to offer modifications. OTF is never boring. I love rowing! The coaches are great.
I enjoy the trainers and the workouts
I do not at all enjoy the "piped" music you make them play. It is really a horrendous selection and it is much better when you let the trainers play their own music playlists.
I love that every single workout is different. I get bored easily & I've stuck with Orange Theory longer than any other workout plan/regimen (next month will be 1 year)! I also feel a sense of accomplishment after each workout, I never feel like I need to do more. The trainers are great as well, with high energy & good music. (Let them play their own playlists again please!) All in all, a great experience every time.
I love the positivity and motivation! The hour flies by when someone is guiding you through your workouts. Rotating through various activities also really helps you finish your workout in no time! I really like that they integrate so many aspects into a single workout making it really effective!
The workouts are always different. I am challenged everyday and the coaches know my strengths and weaknesses. I build my week around OTF, if I miss a day I can tell in my mood and my energy. It's the best workout I've done.
