I love the intensity and effectiveness of the workout. They keep it exciting and interesting with new challenges. It is especially nice that you are only competing against yourself and not those around you
The workouts are always different, yet I am comfortable with the moves. The trainers are encouraging and upbeat. And the music provides the perfect atmosphere for pushing hard and getting it done!
It’s a motivating non judgmental workout atmosphere. I like how it’s a full body work out and you feel so good after and feel like you actually had a successful workout.
I wanted to try OTF Chattanooga for a long time, but was too nervous; and I honestly thought I would be embarrassed because I wasn’t fast enough or strong enough- and I thought it was just highly competitive. In actuality, not only is it a GREAT, fun, fast-paced workout- but it’s really just competing against yourself to be better every single time. And, I love that I can feel myself getting stronger, being able to run longer and faster than when I started. The workouts have something for everyone. They change everyday and work the full body. The staff is so friendly and the members are supportive and motivating. The coaches are super knowledgable. They push you and cheer you on. I highly recommend this studio! love it here! Thank you guys for all you do! 🧡
