Cherry Hill OTF has amazing coaches that meet each member where they are at! I love the variety of the HIIT workouts.
To OTF Corporate, I would really like to see the 45 minute lunch workouts come back. That was really awesome for all of us grabbing a workout on our lunch.
As I transition to a mix of running and power walking as I get older and approach perimenopause, I'd really like to see the company not equate powerwalking with UP hill. Power-walkers can be challenged to increase their speed on a flat road in the same way as runners.
Different every class, always challenging. Get most bang for the buck by combining cardio and weights in 1 hour. Def saw a huge difference in my muscles after 2-3 months. Coaches are great and motivating to push harder than I would in my own.
Most of the coaches are truly motivating and make the hour pass quickly. The workouts are a perfect balance of comforting routine and spontaneous challenge. They are also a good balance of strength, endurance, and cardio.
the coaching - awesome people, helpful, positive, some attention but some anonymity.
the music - love working out to loud music
the workout - multiple different movements that changes up between floor, tread, rower - makes the time go by faster
I love that it’s never the same workout and I don’t have to think what to do. The trainers are very motivating and helpful. It’s helped me lose 30+ lbs in 6 months!
Coach Elise was awesome and so was Anna at the desk! They were kind, friendly, and make anyone at any level feel warm and welcomed. I’m excited to start my journey at OTF!
