I love the coaches and the different aspects of each class. The coaches are very motivating and keep me interested. I feel I have to push myself in each class and I feel so good after I finish a class. The classes fly by so fast each time. Thanks
I like that it pushes me and gives me direct access to see how hard I am pushing myself and whether or not I can try harder. I also like how supportive and welcoming everyone at the studio is! It made starting my first workout a lot less intimidating.
I love being able to monitor my heart rate. I love the change of routines. I love the fact that we row, work with weights and use the treadmill.I love the coaches taking us through every step of the workout. It is by far the best workout I have experienced and the results I have seen are amazing. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years.
I like that it's a full body workout. I was having trouble with the treads, and the trainers helped me switch to the bikes so I could have lower impact, which is a big help. I would like to see the stretching session a little longer. It is too short. I know you are trying to be efficient, so if you can't keep us 5 minutes longer, maybe you could send the stretches in the e-mail so we can follow up at home?
