I really enjoy the variety. The treadmills are the best around. I exercise 4 days a week at OTF and my knees are never tired, sore or in pain. This is the complete opposite of the treadmills at my apartment complex.
Chesterfield has great trainers and a good community amongst its members.
Love seeing the continual feedback the heart rate monitoring provides!! You can’t fool it. You can’t slack. It’s right in your face. It holds you accountable! And, you can see over time, how your cardiovascular health has improved by how it responds to the exercise!!
