Amazing workouts! Only way I’m motivated to stay fit is coming here! Thanks to coach Clair, Dani, Jennifer and Hannah from OTF Lakeview - they’re amazing!
I love that I’m guided through workouts and a coach will correct my form if I’m not realizing it’s wrong. I’m not motivated to do all that we do myself at a gym so showing up to otf is a huge help to stay healthy!
After 20 years of trying to "find my thing" I finally did at OTF! I'm an introvert and procrastinator so group classes can make me very self conscious and going to the gym or working out on my own never stuck longer than 4 weeks. I'm at 3 months now and genuinely look forward to every class!
OTF is all the things I need from a group class (8 workouts a month to check off, scheduled times, workout already planned for me, etc) but there's no pressure to interact with other people in the class. I know that sounds bad, but Crossfit scarred me for life when you'd need a spotter or the class was waiting on you to finish so the next exercise could start.
The coaches at Lakeview are the best. They check in the right amount for me, help me with form, and encourage me to try a heavier weight where I actually feel encouraged not shamed or pressured.
I honestly can't say enough good things about OTF and my Lakeview studio. Thank you!!
I feel that with the recent changes to OTF Lakeview have been positive for the establishment. Management and the coaches seem more engaged and invested towards the clientele. I appreciate how they listen to our feedback and have many worthwhile changes. For example, they have included back to the schedule a number of 5 am classes. They have replaced the aging treadmills with new ones. I love seeing how excited and energetic the coaches are and how committed they are.
Some suggestions that I have include maybe working on pricing. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there.
Love the music, especially lately. Seems like they're using playlists curated specifically for workouts, which is great. Also really loving the Tread 50 option right now. I have a shoulder injury that's been making the regular classes harder to get through. It's nice to have a Tread 50 option so that I can avoid the should impact throughout the week.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Workouts are unique each day. You decide how difficult to make it as there are adjustments and options you make based on your personal fitness level. All are welcome.
Feeling good afterward and good about myself. I like the variety of exercises and the light touch coaching. The music is usually pretty good too. However the music and the instructions are always too loud. I'm losing my hearing.
