Absolutely my favorite experience working out! I've referred OTF Logan Square to many, many folks :) I'm a big fan of all OTFs but Logan Square feels especially comfortable and I love all the staff there.

It helps having someone telling me what to do and when to push myself. On my working out on my own I tend to stop when it feels uncomfortable. I also love that it is inclusive of all fitness levels. You have all the comraderie of working out with a group but still can remain individual and anonymous if you want to. I also never enjoyed running and now I know that I was trying to go all out the entire time. I love how you are taught to pace yourself on the treadmills.

I like all the workouts! There's variety and I always leave feeling like I am using every part of my body. Something I don't like... when the music is rock. Its seriously awful. A song every now and again is great, but a whole hour of it makes me want to leave class.

Also please open a studio on Old Irving Park - this area needs a good workout place - who better than OTF :)

The variety. The fact you can make it as intense as you want, you never plateau there's always a way to push yourself. The structure and organization is fantastic as well. From the app to the employees to the workouts, everything always works seamlessly, timely, and without a glitch.
