I love that it pushes me harder than I would push myself, that to always changing, and that I can feel myself getting stronger and more fit. I also love the community feeling at the studio and how you guys plan events to get the members to know one another and be friends outside of the gym.
I go. I like going. I know what's next. I know when it's over. I love the coaches, they motivate me. I like the darkness. I often like the music. I like not thinking zoning out. I don't need anything but to show up.
Loved the challenging workout. I like that the constant changing of exercises and the motivation you get from having others around you as well as seeing other peoples stats on the board. Mike was encouraging without calling people out. Having the stat recap will help push me to work harder each session. Exactly what I need to push me.
I've only done two so far but it was really fun, and Kendall (sorry if I spelled it wrong💜) is really great. I like the whole concept of heart rate monitoring and "afterburn" which is super motivating. I tend to get super lazy with cardio workouts and give up on them rather quickly. I'm surprised at how much I challenged myself these last 2 sessions and even more surprised that I'm excited to be back in my next.
it's different every time, you can go at your own pace, instructors and staff are all very friendly, members are not intimidating (doesn't feel like a fashion show or bikini contest), studio is very conveniently located
