Love this studio. Everyone is extremely nice. I've visited the studio a few times, while in town and everyone recognized me by face and name after one visit. I absolutely love Mia! I will be back, for sure. Hopefully, it will be my home studio very soon :-)

Great instructor! I frequently try out different gyms around the area, and I got the best workout I've gotten in a very long time. The heart rate monitors add the perfect touch so I know how hard I'm working and so I can keep pushing through the workout.

I feel motivated and supported the whole class. The instructors are so helpful. I was doing a plank jack in a position that would hurt me and she took the time to correct it and make sure understood why I needed to adjust. I went two days back to back and worked totally different muscles each day. I'm sore and aching today, but loving every minute of it! Feels good to be back to quality workouts after two babies in two years.

Challenging, fun and warrants results. During class would stress to members to stick with same numbered treadmill, tower and floor space by showing them where they go, when confused.

I love that is a 60 minute workout that covers power, strength and endurance. Maximizes calorie burn.
