It's a great balance of strength and conditioning. The hour long class is great for my schedule and I am already seeing the results combined with other physical activity. Great music doesn't hurt either!!!
Great workout! Always makes me sweat the most and feel like I worked hard. It's convenient and easy to book. The coaches and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very simple, it's effective, with my diet combined with the HIIT training I am down 10 lbs in under a month. I also like the variety, everyday the floor exercises are different and the rowing and often the tread and rowing work are switched up as well.
The workouts are something new every day. I look forward to coming to class every day because I know that I won't be doing the same redundant exercises that I would do if I were working out on my own. The instructors and music help the time fllllly by.
The pump up music, the variety of workouts/different challenges/speciality workouts, how it pushes me to have the best hour workout daily, and just everything else about it!!!
