Love the clear instructions and expectations coaches set at the beginning of the workout as it allows me to set my pace and goals accordingly. Workouts use lots of good evidence based techniques to help build muscle mass

I have only had 3 sessions so far but I like that every class is different. I also like the block system and the flow and ebb of the intensity.
