I liked how I was able to challenge myself with the guidance of a coach. It's like having a trainer while working out alone. I also LOVE the addition of the weights to the very intense cardio workout because I think that's so important.
How the coaches push you to achieve your goals but also give you ways to modify if needed. They believe in you and make you want to reach your goals. I have been having a lot of issues with my HR monitor, however, which is the only reason I'm giving it a 9.
I felt that Kyle was a very enthusiastic and motivating coach. He was flexible by changing the format of the workout from a 2G to a 3G to accommodate all the guests were desired to take the workout at that time. However, because of the 3G format and the short intervals of template, I felt that there was a lack of personal touches in the workout. The front desk staff were very friendly and conversational.
