I like the instructions during the workout and the fact that I didn't have to feel bad when I needed to modify the workout. Instructors were so encouraging and helpful.
I absolutely love the community that is built around Orange theory. Personally, I have fallen off when it comes to working out after Covid and walking in the doors of Orange theory was welcoming and kind from day one! I really admire the help I receive when it comes to the floor block, as I am not up to speed when it comes to lifting weights. I also love the extra guidance and push the coaches give me when I feel like giving up. Orange theory is more than a gym, it’s a building block towards your fitness and goals. I love the change up of workouts and not feeling like I’m only focusing on one body part of mine, I get the full workout experience.
It’s run efficiently and with great communication throughout. I always know what exercise is coming next. There is always a countdown for your exercise, so you have an end in sight. The instructors are great with helping your form, if needed. There is so much positivity from the instructors and classmates. It’s a great community and I’m happy to be a part of it now! :)
Kate was an amazing instructor. She took the time before the class to explain all the equipment and how to use it. She also explained my results from my heartrate monitor after the class as well. It was a great first time experience.
Staff and customers are friendly. The facility is clean, and you get and overview of how to use the equipment. Disinfectant wipes are available and the Coaches remind everyone to wipe down the equipment that they use.
great atmosphere and a complete body work out! i absolutely felt intimidated at first, but meeting the coach and the peers around me, i felt accepted, supported, and totally comfortable!
lots of class time options, 1 hour gets a total body workout, easy to stay motivated in group setting with enthusiastic coaches, great music, approachable to all levels.
