I enjoyed the emphasis on keeping your heart rate up and changing the pace of the workout with separate weight/cardio activities. I certainly enjoyed my workout there and would definitely recommend it to others.
I haven't been due to injury. In fact i am sad to report that I don't think i can return, this is one of the Best managed workouts i have been to. I love the people and Dorsey is awesome as are the rest of coaches.
I love the fact that it is always different and a fast paced. There is something about getting to work out with others that allows you to push each other and most importantly yourself to do your very best.
