I love OTF so far! I started a little over a week ago and although it is slightly harder for me to fit the hour classes into my schedule (I was previously doing 30 min class bootcamps) They are so much more effective and I get a seriously good workout everytime!
I love the energy of the workout. The music is fantastic and really keeps you moving. I also love the trainers, especially Joe and Lucinda. I am not the fastest person by any means or in the most shape but they are so wonderful and encouraging that it makes me come back.
We are new to the Clarksburg studio and were not disappointed. The studio and class had the same quality and energy as other studios we have visited. Shannon was particularly excellent as she provided very defined demonstrations in the weight room and paid attention to our form. We were very impressed. Lauren was great in front. Overall, we liked the experience. Clarksburg is another OTF success.
You never get the same workout. It pushes you to give more than you think you can. I love that it incorporates weights and cardio. I also love the rower since it's not something I would do on my own. The coaches are all so motivational, encouraging, and knowledgeable.
Workout is fun and energizing - I can honestly say in my nearly 2 years as a member I have never done the same workout! Trainers are motivating and push you in a positive way as well as helpful (reminders of proper form). Class times are great. I am very happy I joined.
