Love that the work out is different every time, the instructors are helpful, fun, and not judgmental of your abilities. I have tried many work outs in the past and this is my favorite one that I can't wait to go to every time!
I LOVE everything about the workouts. I never know what to expect and leave each session energized and ready to go. I LOVE the variety of exercises and the cross training. The trainers are exceptional, the classes are fun and everything is very motivating. I'm definitely hooked. Thanks Orange Theory for always providing exercise I look forward to participating in.
Everything! It is different everyday, so you never get bored. It is also challenging (extremely) but can be modified to one's personal level of fitness. The trainers are also great, not pushy, but motivational. I look forward to going, unlike with other "gyms" etc. I feel that my strength and overall fitness level has greatly improved since I've been going.
The variety of the exercises mixed with great music and instructors. I also like the ability to track the calories burned as I track my food calories per day. I joined OTF in Aug due to a plantar fasciitis issue and along with tracking my food and doing OTF 2 times a week I have lost 21 lbs. I am so much stronger in all muscles and I can see how I have increased my strength. I have also learned some new ways to use the TRX bands and other weights to allow me to create a workout plan while I am on travel. #iloveOTF
I like that I am pushed but that the coaches can give me individualized alternates when needed to work around physical limitations. I like that I don't try I do and that I know I can achieve. After a little more than a year I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I have lost almost 30 pounds with exercise and nutrition and my willingness to make these changes came from the coaching I revive at OTF. I love the burn.
