Total body workout with awesome coaches. The feeling of healthy exhaustion is amazing. My body transformation was noticeable after only 8 sessions. Thank you Joe, Lucinda and Shannon for coaching my form to keep me safe. OTF...ALL OUT!
I like that the workouts vary from day to day so boredom does not ensue. I also love the fact that there is a trainer in every class guiding you, encouraging you, and keeping you motivated. Huge bonus that all the trainers are awesome!
I love OTF! It is effecient, effective, and takes the guesswork out of my fitness regimen in an uplifting and supportive atmosphere. I also like that the schedule is very accommodating so I can always find time throughout the week to get my workouts in while juggling work and family life. I'm in the best shape of my life in my 30's (post baby) thanks to OTF!
I get a complete workout in an hour compared to the 2 hours I used to spend at my old gym. The trainers at OT are amazing! They make sure my form is correct and encourage me to lift heavier weights. I used to hate to lift for my upper body at my old gym because I didn't know what I was doing. At OT I have to do it and now I love it!!! For the first time in my life I can see definition in my arms and I'm stronger all around!
I really love that each workout is different and challenging. I love not having to plan my workouts, and I know that I will feel great after each class. I love the instructors at Clarksburg. They know what I'm capable of, and they push me when they know I can run faster or lift heavier. Since they started using Rock My Run, the workouts have been a lot better as well with more intense & uplifting music, which forces me to work out harder.
I love that it gives you a full body workout. I have literally seen my body change in a matter of months and that's because I only go once or twice a week right now. And the time flies by before you know it. I love it!
