I really like the coaches. They keep you motivated, watch your form and frankly, seeing them keep the entire room timed and moving is sooooo impressive!
I like that its different each time. Some workouts i like better but its a good variety. The coaches are great. I have to sign up for a class so I am accountable to show up and have no excuses.
I love Orange Theory's friendly atmosphere. The coaches are great as they personalize your workout by helping you with your form to get the most out of each work out and to keep you from getting hurt. The workouts have a lot of variety to target the different parts of your body.
I personally like the weight area for building strength and keeping my bones strong.
The personnel are very helpful in any changes you may need and always greet you with a friendly greeting. I have been a member at the Clearwater OTF for 10 years!
I liked a lot about the workout. I like the way its organized and the stats. The staff were all very caring and helpful. I found it fun and interesting. I feel like I can do it.
The workouts are great! You are always doing something different and more challenging. Also, the staff is there to help!! The Right workout with the Right support!! Nothing better then that!!
The coaches do a great job of motivating us, the front desk staff is welcoming and the new (not so new anymore) FreeMotion treadmill's automatically came with the "Slightly Askew" option built in on the first day.
What do I like about the workouts? How about what do I LOVE about the workouts! Don’t get me wrong, I’m the first to roll eyes and moan when I find out what is in store for me for that workout. BUT, I am always loving the encouragement and the benefits of those workouts. And this is why I’m there! Not only are the coaches very knowledgeable, they help me do the workouts correctly and and give me the incentive to push myself that “little bit” each time. Can I go to any gym and workout on my own? Of course. Will I get the benefits I receive at Orangetheory, nope.
I enjoy the challenging classes with coaches there to motivate and assist. Coaches ensure you are doing the exercise correctly to prevent harm to ourselves. I love to see all sizes around me with the same goal to improve health.
