It's a great full body interval workout. Lots of calories in s 55 minute class. I like the competitive nature of the workouts as well. The coaches are encouraging and challenging as well as becoming our friends.
That although you're in a group being pushed you can work out at your own pace. You don't have to do the inclines if you don't want or speed up. I've never felt pressured to do anything. And even if I didn't give 100% I still get a great workout. I'm doing things I'd never do on my own. I also love that I can watch my heart rate and calories and get the feeling of peer pressure knowing others can see it. Even though I know they aren't focused on it!
I just described it this morning to a friend that although it's a group class I still feel like it's an individual workout too. As I typically don't like a group class.
I like the group dynamic a lot, as well as the incredible workouts! Each time I leave I definitely feel the burn! The instructors are also great - if it wasn't for their sense of humor sometimes I probably wouldn't have gotten through some of those classes!
