The workout is different every day. The coaches are helpful and walk you through every step of the workout. The way the workouts are set up the hour flies by. I also like being able to sign up . I know I will have a spot in the class

I burn lots of calories and am getting stronger and healthier. My friends (even ones a decade younger than me) are having a hard time keeping up with me in real life!!!
I love how you don’t have to think about what you need to do. The coaches have everything planned out for you and are there to encourage you every step of the way! The energy everyone brings to the workouts is electric! I’ve never enjoyed working out until I joined OTF, and I’m never going back to anything else!
I’ve been to orange theory twice so far and it’s honestly been the best experience. I accomplish more at orange theory than I ever did at any gym. I’m also lifting weights when I never even was doing that! I also love Jackie! She has the most fun personality and you can tell she really cares about everyone and loves her job! She really works with you and remembers your goals!! So far, I LOVE orange theory!

It's fun, and not everyone can say that about going to the gym :0) Never the same workout twice, it kicks your butt in a good way. Great coaching and camaraderie, great music that keeps you motivated and makes the class fly by!
