It burned a lot of calories and was challenging but I'm not overly sore and stuff the next day. It also changes things up enough that I think it will be hard for my body to "get efficient"" at this type of workout and stop burning calories efficiently.
I get it all. I love running and the workout incorporates a lot of speed work and hill training that I would not normally do at home on my own treadmill. The weight training and plyometrics are great because I need them to balance out my training. I love it and look forward to doing it also!
I love the trainers at OTF, they push you to do your best and give it your all even when you don't feel like going any further! The workouts are very unique and help you achieve your goals, no matter what they may be.
I absolutely love the fact I can go to every workout and I don't need to think up the exercises myself. Along with that Orange Theory gives you the confidence that what they have set up for the workout is extremely beneficial.
The workout was so organized and professional. At no time did I feel lost or alone! I loved seeing the heart rate and what zone I was in at all times! Absolutely loved working out and the staff was super nice and helpful! I have already recommended orangetheory to my sisters and friends!
