THANK YOU for everything you've done for me. I have tried everything from personal training, to yoga, to fitness classes, to working out on my own, and I could never commit to more than a month or two and then it was right back to my old ways. This is seriously the first time i've worked out consistently since sports in high school. I've weighed myself since I started in September and there has been little to no change there (maybe 4-5 lbs at the most). But today I decided to take a picture in a swimsuit I wore on a cruise before OTF and HOLY COW i can tell a difference! I'm so happy. Ignoring that scale forever now. So please tell everybody thank you so much- Tanya, Bryson and Tobias especially because I seem to always be in their classes. I love the 7 pm time too so never get ride of it 😉 Thank you again!
It's different every time- even with different coaches. I wouldn't be able to do the high intensity workouts without the coaches pushing me. It's also nice to have a sense of community for motivation and encouragement during the workout.
