I love the instructors who tell us what to do. When I did go to gym— I never know what to do. But OTF Instructors are amazing in guiding everyone. And I love that you can be at your own pace but still be motivated to do better!

The instructor was really great! The workout seem very well thought out, and everything was spotless and clean. Even things like the checkin and paperwork were seamless. I was extremely impressed and will certainly be pursuing a membership when I could afford it

I’ve gone two times so far and Kellie has made me extremely comfortable!! You can go at your own pace without feeling left out. It’s a great place to workout.
