The balance between cardio and strength, the overall body focus; the coaching—not having to think at all, and being encouraged in the process; the rowing, tread and weights, and the timing. An hour is perfect. I also enjoy being able to watch my heart rate, having a goal in mind, and getting feedback from the monitor on whether I need to push, stabilize, or ease up.
