I like that every day is a different workout style and exercise. I like that running and rowing are used in most of the classes. I like that I don't have to compete for equipment when I go to class.
No matter what fitness level you’re in OTF workouts never get easier you just get stronger. They offer a dynamic and motivating environment that pushes me to achieve my fitness goals. The combination of cardio and strength training in each session ensures a well-rounded workout, and the heart rate monitoring system helps me track my progress and maximize my efforts. The supportive community of coaches and fellow members creates a positive atmosphere that keeps me motivated and accountable, making each workout enjoyable and effective.
I like that it's always different and that the coaches motivate you. I also like that each person has control over how they want to work out (e.g., power walker, runner, etc.). I also like the themed workouts and special events/challenges that the studio offers.
I like that the workout is organized for me, that I’m hitting all muscle groups and the competitive nature and feeling of comraderie that is brought to the class.
Amazing coaches, fun templates, and the only expectations are what you put on yourself. Coaches take the time to personalize their interactions. Best part about the OTF workouts is the fact that we just need to follow the template and don't have to think about anything else. Results are based on what one puts into each class.
