It's challenging and intense - but also scale-able to any fitness level or medical condition. I'm currently recovering from a dental surgery and have to refrain from "strenuous" activity, so instead of going for 30 splat points, I can walk, row, and scale the floor exercises. AND still burn significant calories.

Tammy, who works as one of the Coaches does a great job of keeping it fun and obtainable with options if you have a problem doing a particular lift.
The whole staff at the Colleyville location works well together as a team.
I really like the combination of cardio and weights. I get a great workout and the trainers are great and keep the energy up. Also, the other people working out have all been great and everyone motivates each other.
