It is as hard or as easy as I want it to be. I like the camaraderie of the 5am group and that we motivate and hold each other accountable. The coaching staff is fantastic. I especially like Coach Tammy and Coach Janette.
Love my OTF workouts! They are never the same and always a challenge! My coaches are great and really helpful. It seems I almost always need some kind of correction on the floor but that's okay. I want to do the exercises right and I don't want to get hurt. I started out so badly out of shape and have really improved my strength and stamina. I am shaping up too but I'm going to have to work harder on my diet if I want to see a big improvement. After a year on OTF I just started the Fast Metabolism Diet so we'll see what happens next!
The music really helps to motivate movement too. I know it's hard to please everyone but the hard rock and rap music aren't my favorite. I think if you stick with top 100 pop rock music from over the last 40 or so years that works best.
Thanks for coming up with the best fitness workout and plan to keep me going ever! I can't do the gym by myself and I hate having a personal trainer counting over me. OTF is a great compromise and signing up for classes also forces commitment to go. I've tried all kinds of exercise methods... believe me! ... but OTF has proven to be the best and I'm confident it's the way to fitness success for me!
