I love the Running portion the most. I like that the class is split into a floor portion and a treadmill portion. I I love that its fast paced. The coaches are encouraging and motivating. I like being able to see my results. Its a great way to push myself. I always want to push harder and burn more calories in every class. I like that you also learn the correct way to do lift weights.
