I like OTF because the workouts are challenging, but I can still work at my own pace. I also like that they include strength and cardio so I don't have add anything else to my exercise schedule. The format changes every day so I don't get bored, and my heart rate is monitored so I can quantify how hard I'm working. The coaches are fantastic, and I appreciate that they monitor my form and provide modifications for difficult movements. Moreover, OTF makes working out fun by offering challenges and contests every month, and the company gives back by making donations to various charities based on our participation. It's a great place to get/stay fit!
They keep you moving. You don't get bored. You get a new workout every day. The coaches are helpful and encouraging. I'm getting stronger after just 3 months. You have a time to go and don't have to wait in line to get a space . . . easy in, easy out. I'm really enjoying Orangetheory.
All of the coaches there are excellent and motivating. The classes have a good mix of running, rowing, weights and BW exercises that keeps it interesting. It's a fantastic way to spend an hour out of your day!
I like workout combinations of utilizing weights, treadmills, and water rowers. The routines are never the same and it engages all muscle groups. The Trainers keep you motivated and inspired to work harder.
That the trainers keep you engage and keep helping you and encouraging you. I have 3 different gym memberships , I have Orange theory because I struggle to even do cardio and I need the kick to make me do it and I get this with Orange.
