I love everything about OrangeTheory Fitness! I love that the workouts are different every single day so I don't get bored. The music is great! Each fitness coach is motivating and energetic in their own way. They will correct me if my form is incorrect. They will push me to work a little harder, even if I think I'm trying my hardest, and that gives me a burst of energy!
I like that the trainers are there to push me to do my best, always: there is no way I would work that hard if I just had a regular gym membership and went on my own. I love that the trainers also help me with my form so I know I'm doing it the right way. Hearing the encouragement from the trainers is also a plus, but meeting new people is also a fun way to spend an hour of my day. And lastly, it's nice to see my heart rate and splat points up on the screen at any time: I like pushing myself to stay in that orange zone, and I also try to compete (quietly) with others!
Fast-paced and never mundane, the Orangetheory workout is geared towards all fitness levels. When you finish an Orangetheory workout you feel a sense of accomplishment and gain confidence to complete another OTF workout.
