You're constantly moving!
I love doing the row machine, it's a full body workout!
You get encouraged and I push myself more than I ever did going to a regular gym. It's like having your own personal trainer!
That one hour a day gives me an escape and I think of nothing but burning that next calorie or hitting that next goal. I even sleep better!!!
I'm down 20 lbs and have a better quality of life and feel great!!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the room is full of positive energy. The staff is so motivating and push you to go that extra mile you didn't think you had in you. It was one of the best cardio work outs I've had in a while !!!!
The visual tracking on the monitor. I also appreciate check ins with coaches, for example "you should be at 77-80% now" or "if you have 4 splat points you are on track". I also love seeing how many calories I've burned. The coaches telling us what exactly we should be doing during the workout is probably the most helpful.
The coaches make everyone feel a part of each class, yet I also feel personally challenged to do my best at each workout and have achieved more than I ever thought possible! Thank you OTF!!
I also want to give a big thank you to the staff - especially Marissa - who always answers my questions and schedules my appointments with a smile! Thank you all so much :)!!!
