It's a great way to challenge yourself. There are all kinds of people from beginners to those who have been working out for a long time. The coaches enjoy what they do; they do help you get the most out of your workout. It's great exercising with Orange Theory.

Great instructors!

Enthusiastic coaches! People need a little push when it comes to physical fitness and the coaches give that little extra. Everyone needs PT and OT provides a great balance to help people do that. Highly recommend OT as a way to get good PT.

The coaches get to know you and then how much to challenge you. I like having a workout where I am told what to do and am recognized when I am pushing myself.

I love the studio, the staff, the workouts and the music. I love that I show up and am greeted like I belong!! The workouts always challenge me. I have lost 20 lbs and gained so much more. I feel good, I have energy and have friends I love seeing. The coaches are always fun and engaging. I laugh every class, sweat my face off and really love not having to think about what to do for my workout. Thanks, OTF northgate! You are my family 🧡

It is very welcoming to new attendees, it felt inclusive and the trainer took their time to explain each workout/exercise to me beforehand. I did the 3G as my first class and it was a lot to take in, but I was able to complete all three exercises (rowing, tread, and strength training) just fine. I did not feel awkward at all and everyone else attending was very welcoming and encouraging. The personal trainer, Kelley, did a fantastic job getting everyone pumped up and pushing us. He helped explain any exercises to me that I did not understand. I liked that everyone could workout on their own level, you could choose to power walk, jog, or run on the treadmill so you can pick whatever you are comfortable with. For strength training there are various weights to choose from so you can select the weight you are most comfortable with. The music being played in the gym was also very upbeat and kept me in the mood to work out. It has been two days since my first class and I am still sore and feeling it, so I know it was a fantastic workout! I signed up for a membership and cannot wait to go back for more classes!!

Variety and accountability

Encouragement without intimidation by the coaches and other participants. I like the group setting and variety of exercises and quality of the coaching and equipment. Can still go my own pace on tread and rower and work on my weight and floor exercises without feeling embarrassed that I am not in the best of shape while working on bettering my health.
