Everything. It’s a well rounded workout. The coaches give you that extra push you wouldn’t necessarily give yourself. The facility is kept clean. Watching your zones on the screen gets you working harder.
I appreciate that it is organized and thorough. I am new to all of this but my friends have already seen "newbie gains" results after only four sessions.
Cara speaks clearly, speaks appropriately loud so she can be heard over the music and explains the exercise blocks well so it is easy to follow her instructions. Great personality, a noticer of people and a great encourager!
I like the coach, Drew, he is very positive and motivating. The fitness center itself is top-notch with exceptional equipment and a great overall workout environment. The workouts are the best I have had in years, and I appreciate the results (better fitness, improved strength and mobility, and weight loss) from them at almost 57 years old.
I like that each workout is different. Each coach has their own unique spin. Plus - you work a variety of muscles and feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment after each class.
Different types of workouts which keeps your body from getting in a rut. You must continue to push yourself and watch your diet afterwards if your goal is the lose weight.
It’s guided and easy to follow, but the workouts are interesting and push my limits. I’ve seen dramatic increases in my cardiovascular fitness in a very short amount of time.
