It is different every time you show up. You just show up and the trainer takes you through an hour long program. I tell people all the time that you would never workout has hard in a gym as you do at orange theory.
I like the structured format of the workout. I just show up and follow directions for an hour. I've never been a 'gym person', so this format is perfect for me. And after 3 years and almost 500 workouts, each workout is still fresh and interesting.
This gym is the greatest place ever! When I first started here I was 295 pounds and completely out of shape. i would go about 5 days a week and not just to workout but to see the friends I have made. That's the best part about this gym is that it is a little community everyone usually comes at the same time and you get to know them. The front desk staff is exceptional they always know what to do when you are having an issue or even if you just need to talk they are always there to help you no matter the circumstance! If you need a gym to try this year come do orangetheory fitness!!
I love how versatile and different each workout is. The coaches are amazing and they inspire me to keep pushing myself and work hard during every workout. The atmosphere is also great - there is no judgment at all. Everyone is there to workout and do their best and to support each other during the workouts. I had avoided going to the gym and exercising for years but once I tried OrangeTheory I knew I was hooked. I have been going for almost 9 months now and I have never felt better about myself! Highly recommend!

It is fast paced yet still at your own pace. There is structure to it but not so rigid that you have to stay at the same spot in the workout as others. If others are faster or slower in the blocks, it is ok.
