Love that OTF is personalized training in a group setting. Each workout is a challenge designed for everyone of all fitness levels.
The best part of OTF is seeing my health improve. My blood pressure and resting heart rate are perfect. That is something you can't put a price tag on.

Everything - From the benefit of having the workouts determined for you to the energy in the room. The front desk and trainers are top notch and I get an awesome workout. When you go consistently, you can make dramatic changes to your body and your overall health. Also, you meet a lot of great people along the way. My workouts at OTF are definitely better and more efficient than my trips to the gym.
It is flexible to everyone: whether one likes to power walk, jog, run, lift heavy weights, or light weights- there is an option for everyone. I am able to change my workout to what I would like while also having a coach there to motivate me and guide me. OTF is the best!!!
My instructor Brittney was AWESOME!! She kept checking in on me to make sure I was getting the most out of my workout. It was very helpful when she took time to show me the right way to do certain exercises. I feel like I actually got more out of the workout by following her instructions. I found that a lot of the participants at the Coppell location were really good at motivating each other. I earned more splat points at this location compared to the other locations I have been.
Orange Theory workouts are amazing because of the dynamic and friendly trainers and their consistently varied blocks. You will never see the same workout twice, however, you will never feel bombarded by a new apparatus/machine. I love knowing what my workout will consist of, in regards to machinery, but being surprised at the new block combinations. Orange Theory is the only fitness center that I have stuck to. I love it and will be attending classes for a long time to come!
