I can't say enough good things about OT Coppell. The coaches are awesome and the workouts are always great. I felt like I was in a rut with my workout routine and never wanted to go to the gym. OT has changed that for sure! I am now motivated and leave each workout feeling great!
It is the absolute best workout I've had since I played football in college. My favorite workouts are endurance and power... The strength workouts are pretty tough due to the incline running which should be age appropriate. :-) Nevertheless the best workout bar none
I love the fact that the workout is different every time. It keeps things interesting. And the high energy of the coaches, music and support from everyone in the class is so motivating. It is such an awesome total-body workout, and kicks my butt every single time. I can't help but keep coming back for more. Love it!
