Theresa as an instructor is great - she provides inspirational words to push us through, allowing us to feel comfortable at our individual level but making sure we pushing through the best effort we can put in that day. She is meticulous in showing the right postures and techniques , giving individuals attention wether it's your first or 50th class. She makes the class fun and I have really been feeling the results.
I like OT because it is a well balanced workout with both cardio and weight training. The workouts are always different and always introducing new never tried formats too.You are able to make the workout as intense as you want it. I also travel a lot for work and it is nice to know that most of the time I will be able to find an OT location on the road.
