It's fast paced which keeps me engaged. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor, so it's nice to get a good workout and not have to think about it for a change.
The conditioning you get is great. I love the heart rate monitoring. It makes it like friendly competition. For someone like me who has a very competitive spirit it's awesome.
The staff is great about welcoming you, and the coaches are great.
This studio in particular is spotless.

I work out three days a week on my own and two days at OTF. However, at OTF I have a coach that pushes me and challenges me to be the best I can be. I surprise myself at the new limits I can reach, new endurance gained and strength that I have never had before. Yeh!!
I simply love the variety of workouts each day which help avoid monotony and burn out. However, I especially love the coaches instruction and availability to assist you with each exercise promoting correct posture & form to avoid injury. Additionally, it's always nice to receive the push and praise as you move along in your workout to keep you positive and motivated to reach your personal goals!
