I love the variety, the trainers, and that there are a lot of daily classes available. I would love it if you could include on the booking schedule what type of class it is each day, i.e., endurance, strength, power, etc.
I really like that it constantly changes but I still feel it is improving my overall strength and endurance. The community is good and the positive coaching makes a difference. When they encourage me or say hello it makes me want to come back.
I like the focus on form because I have a bulged disc (c6/c7 vertebrae). It also helps me manage this injury when they can suggest modified moves. That extra effort goes a long way for me on my road to recovery as I strengthen my muscles that had atrophied.
There are enough stations to cover the demand.
The coaches motivate and lead us through the routine in an organized and disciplined form.
The fitness center is clean and the front desk personnel is very receptive and servicial.
It's an hour long but it goes quickly! The coaches keep you motivated to keep moving and reaching your goals throughout the workouts. Going from treadmills to rowers to the weight floor is nice because it gives you variety and the blocks of time for working out are short at each station. Keeps you moving. The coach is on a mic so you can hear their directions for the workout within each block of time. Love the music!!!
