It's tough, and that's the way I like it. Lots of bang for the buck in terms of time spent and a very well balanced total body workout that fires the metabolism and the process encourages you to work hard at it.
How you could monitor how hard you were going.
The motivation from Natalie.
How the workout was broken up into 3 different stations allowing you to mentally prepare knowing it was going to be a 15 min push.
I love everything about this place! Except the women who find it's there only time to talk while your working out! It's really annoying you have a couple of ladies that start talking and continue to talk even during your stretching out time it gives me a headache!! I love going and listening to the trainers and they give everyone the right pushes just wish those talkative ladies would just go grab coffee or Jamba Juice instead of annoying everyone around them every day!! I try to move but it seems the further you move the louder they are. So I love orange theory but some of the clients need to remember other people pay the same money and sometimes would like piece and quite while working out!!!
I enjoy the variety of workouts...no two workouts are the same. I like that I'm competing against myself and not anyone else. I like monitoring my heart rate and seeing my splat points add up. This gives me motivation to work hard. I like moving between the treadmill, rower and weight floor. It makes the time fly by and we're done in no time. I really like the staff, from the people behind the desk to the coaches. Everyone is so nice and encouraging. The facility is always clean and inviting, even the restrooms are nicely decorated and hygiene supplies are provided. To sum it up: I love OTF!
