First of all, the music rocks...keeps my mind off the time. It's the first workout like this that I've tried. I love seeing my results on the board right away. And the instructor interaction really keeps you motivated.
Love the hours and days that are available for the classes. The coaches are all wonderful, and do a great job of keeping the energy up so you stay focused on the exercises. Power, Endurance, and Strength are what we concentrate on day to day. The classes are an hour long which I prefer to 30 minutes like some other gyms/boot camps. The music is awesome, and the classes can be completed by anybody regardless of whether you are an athlete or are someone who's trying to improve their health.
I love the trainers and the variety of work-out. I love doing it with a group, but you are competing only with yourself mostly. You can go as fast and hard as you would like.
I have learned to love rowing and have always loved running. Then, the weights round it out.
To tell you the truth, the staff at the front desk, the trainers, the experience has a lot of positive energy and great people. I probably would eventually go away if I didn't love the atmosphere!
I love the fast paced format that isn't the same everyday. I also love that some of the coaches motivate and keep talking over the top of the workout so you don't have time to think about what's hurting!
