Orange Theory has gotten me more excited about my personal fitness than I ever have been in my life. The workouts are challenging, but not impossible. They make you feel strong and powerful, and the coaches are very motivating without being too invasive. I still feel like I can listen to my body and do things at my own pace if I need to -- but the coaches help push and motivate in a very non-intimating way. I am an incredibly busy person, and so when I put in an hour for a workout, I want to know that I am doing everything I can to get results in that time. OT has shown me that is possible! My fitness level has increased so much since starting in August of 2016. Thank you OT!
Oh my gosh I am in love with this workout! I am a fitness instructor and was in town for a visit and was able to attend a class at your Cottonwood Heights facility. They were awesome! I 100% guarantee if I lived near a facility I would be a member! I will recommend Orangetheory to anyone and everyone. It was fast paced, NEVER boring and an awesome workout!
Love the trainers and location.
But housekeeping is slacking. The studio needs to be swept twice daily. That's really been lacking lately.
And the rowers need to be dusted daily too
Please keep the studio clean so I can recommend this studio.
I love my workouts and the awesome trainers.
I like the trainers and that there are so many different class times. The classes can really work with any schedule because there are so many options. I also like the location. It is very close to my house. It can get a bit cramped on the weigh floor if the class is very full though which can be a frustration. It's difficult to get all you can out of your workout when there isn't enough room to do the exercise.
I am not a fan of the partner workouts. It would be nice if somewhere on the app schedule, it was notated if it was a partner workout. That way, I would just avoid going that day all together. I'm sure some people like the partner workouts, but I go to OTF for me and I don't like having to work someone else into my workout. I find them awkward.
