Everything! It's challenging yet can be modified to be done by every level of fitness. It's effective, it's always different and it's fun! The coaches are fantastic and push you to accomplish more than you ever could on your own.
I like that each workout is planned to work specific muscle groups and that each workout is different . I appreciate the enthusiasm and push from the coaches . OTF is as close to personal training as you can get; I get the same results, without the expense of a trainer. I also like the atmosphere at OTF and how the coaches refer to us as a team - motivation to encourage each other ! Thanks :) D
Structured 1-hour workout, lots of motivation, great coaches and front-end staff. Noticeable improvement in overall health and appearance after my first month with the club. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve personal physical and emotional health -- exercise is the key to happiness!
