I love the workouts & that I don't have to plan my own training. However, something (petty) that has slightly annoyed me over the past 10 days is that the majority of classes I've attended have been using the same playlist!!! It's a mix that has a bunch of 80s rock music on it, uptown funk, etc on it. It's such a bad playlist!! Hahaha

I love working out at Orangetheory because everyday the workout is different and trainer led so I don't need to worry about figuring out how to plan my time. Every workout kicks my butt and I leave knowing that I've gotten the best possible workout. I love the staff, coaches and other members - they are so friendly and encouraging and they all push me to do better and try harder than I ever thought I could. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

I like that it was high intensity interval training. I liked that it was led by a coach to help with issues throughout the workout like modifying any exercises. I like the fact that my heart rate is monitored throughout.

I like that it is difficult and that I have someone telling me what to do. I find if I go to the gym I sometimes waste time figuring out what I need to do and waiting for machines if the ones I planned for are taken.

Love the variety between endurance, strength, power and ESP templates. Coaches are fantastic and always motivating. I personally have not participated in the weight loss challenge in the past but I think it would be nice if you had an emphasis on measurements rather than a number on the scale. The scale can be so defeating, especially for someone who doesn't have a lot to lose. People often times forget that muscles weighs more than fat. Love being a part of the otf family!

-one hour total, you don't have to think or plan your workout, there is motivation just from the group and coach. -orange theory creekside gym is modern and new, it is not run down, it doesn't smell, it is kept up, it is clean, the environment is inspiring. -quality -Friendly: the desk staff use your name when they say hi

It is a full body intense workout. I never leave a workout wishing I could have targeted a different part of my body because I feel like I worked out everything.
