The workouts at OTF are very dynamic, transformational and are suited to every single person regardless of age, fitness level or ability. When you workout at OTF you leave with the feeling that your workout and fitness goals are achieved and within reach. Even though there are some workouts that will be challenging you can use different variations to complete them. This is a great place to workout whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced.
The atmosphere is great! The fact that the workout is already planned out for you, it lets you go in and get it done with no stress. The trainers are full of energy and very motivated and you feel like a million bucks when you're done!
The workouts are challenging but also manageable and most time fun and engaging. You feel the burn after you finish a workout at OTF. You can also work out at a pace that is comfortable for you even as you workout within the coaching parameters.
I haven't started yet.. but few of my relatives are OTF members. I am in it for regular fitness and guided training. Looking forward to loving it.. and recommending OTF to everyone.
I love the organization of the workout sessions. It is easy to follow. The instructors are also incredibly motivating. You walk out of the session with a positive high because you worked out any frustration, stress or tension.
A gym is not something I ever saw myself enjoying or wanting to go to. I’ve had memberships to countless gyms and I just end up paying them to “hold my spot”. Orange Theory is different! It’s a class, a group workout! The coaches are excellent and the workout is always full body! You don’t have to guess at what to do or try to plan your own workout! You go in for 1 hour and everything is laid out for you! It’s amazing!
