What I like about the workout is that someone is always there to assist you and making sure that you are doing things correctly. Also, pushing you to your full potential.
It kept me engaged & the group worked hard, which made me want to keep in tune with the people & the music. Also watching my heart rate & the burn on the board while on the treadmill made me want to work harder. VERY COOL!!
The variation in workouts targeting different muscle groups. The coaches are super helpful in coming along side you to teach you how to do things correctly.
The main thing I like about Orange Theory workouts is the coaches. All of the OTF crown point's coaches are amazing and very supportive and energetic. The basis of the workouts helps me stay on track with my goals. I don't have to think about what I need to do, I just show up and do what they tell me! It's the perfect workout for people like me, who are not self motivated to work out!
The workout itself is so good! You cannot enter those doors without getting a great workout. Everyone doing the same workout, just listening to the coaches. It's a no brainer. It's motivating, so healthy and they make you feel welcome! Always!
All coaches are very knowledgeable. They help you all the time they correct you all the time they cheer you all the time when I leave the place I feel so happy it’s priceless. How happy I feel everybody is so fantastic care front of the desk that awesome I am looking forward every day to be there.
There is always encouragement not only from the coach’s but also fellow members.
Extremely understanding about medical issues and help with working around the issues so that you can continue with workouts.
