The instructors are awesome (Benzo and Tyler are my faves!), the front desk staff is exceptionally attentive and awesome (Uli, Taylor, Quincy all rock!).
Like that the studio is easy to get to, parking is usually easy and the studio is clean and well maintained. Plus the members are diverse lot and friendly. Seems like a lovely, supportive community.
I love the heart rate tracker and knowing there's science behind the workout! Without the hr monitor I'm always asking myself if I'm working as hard as it feels or if I'm working out in an effective way? It takes the guess work out. I also love the base, push, all-out cadence. So genius! It would be great to have an opportunity to work directly with a coach to assess my stats and discuss my fitness goals to ensure I'm working out in the right hr zones to achieve the results I want.
I love the format, the variety, and the coaches. This is one of the best things I've ever done for myself, and frankly the only kind of working out that's actually "stuck."
I show up, turn my brain off, and work hard for 60 minutes, then I'm done and I feel so accomplished and high on life. I get a great sweat on and like that I can see how much I pushed myself with the metrics provided by the heart monitor. I love the variety that OTF gives me too
The workout and the music were awesome. Tyler is a great coach and really took the time to explain everything to us as my partner and I were just trying out the gym. We signed up immediately after.
I love that no two classes are ever the same - you never feel bored!
The coaches always push you to workout at your best ability, but at the same time, ensure that everyone performs exercises correctly & safely so as not to injure themselves.
