What I really love about the workout is the variability. No two workouts are the same. I also really really REALLY like Naomi as a coach. She's the only reason I wake up at 4:20am to make it to a 5am class two days a week. Her music selection and how she teaches class is awesome! She's such a great motivator. I also really like Haley. I've taken less of her classes but she's awesome too!
I like that the workout is different every day. The Cumberland studio is spacious and set up well and has terrific coaches. The staff is friendly and personal as well. The challenges are motivating. I have definitely seen my muscle tone change and my over all strength improve since starting OTF in fall of 2015.
My partner a I started working out at OTF-Cumberland in January and haven't looked back since. We immediately became addicted to the workouts and now can't get enough. We both usually come at least 5 times per week. It has been wonderful to be able to do workouts together but also ensure those workouts are matched with each of our fitness levels. The coaches are great, but we have to give a shout out to Naomi. Her energy is AWESOME and she is alway making sure everyone in her class is using appropriate form....having that personal coaching is something that I truly appreciate. I also love that you can go to other studios when you are out of town, which has allowed me to continue the workouts even though I travel extensively for work. Although our goal was to just become more fit, the results are amazing...we have both lost weight and gained muscle...just in time for our wedding. :)
