The team members were encouraging and very attentive. I love to walk into a place that feels comfortable and welcoming. Orange Theory one of these places. It's a little pricey when you're just talking gym membership but if you consider the price of a personal trainer it's a whole different ballgame. I will definitely consider joining.

I love the coaches. They give personal instruction and encouragement. I love the facility and the fact that the workout is guided and is only one hour.

Its motivating, challenging, and fun all in one. I had a great coach. Jenny did a great job of keeping me motivated till the end. I didnt feel like I was counting down the minutes like I do in other types of workouts. Overall a great experience!

It is a combination of cardio, weight training and core exercises in which we are motivated by the coaches, but not pressured.

I like the fact that Mike took the time beforehand to show us how to use the machines and what all the number and buttons meant. It helped me to maneuver better throughout the workout. I also liked that there was someone there telling me what I needed to do and for how long and then keeping timing of halfway points so that I didn't feel as though I was doing something for too long. I am very sore today but I know that it will be temporary and as I continue, this will improve.
