I love how engaging the workouts are, they go by so quickly- great coaches, great music. I’m a busy mom with not a lot of time to devote to working out so I love that I can come in, work hard for an hour and feel accomplished!
It was a good workout. I found it very confusing to follow along. I also was unable to handle the volume level from the trainer's microphone and had to wear personal earbuds to help block some of the sound. The sound felt loud enough to cause hearing loss. I found the volume of the music to be acceptable. Unfortunately, it is because of the loud volume of the trainer's microphone that I think I would not return. I found the staff the be friendly and helpful. I liked the bathroom cleanliness and amenities. I liked the pace of the workout. I did feel the space was a bit tight. But I am grateful for the experience. Thank you!
The variety especially now that the lift/strength classes are being offered. And this location promotes member comrade such as doing happy hours and neighborhood marathons.
Love the continuous movement and guided demonstrations from the coaches.
The coaches at the Cutler Bay studio are really awesome. Jay is an excellent coach very detailed, Shed is wonderful and guides you along the way, and Gabe is excellent and resourceful.
I love everything about OTF. Between the varied workouts that keep me from getting bored, to the coaches that know how to push me to give my all and the benchmarks that help me track my progress. Also, the community feel that OTF creates helps to keep me accountable and motivates me to work out.
From the moment I went to my first complimentary class a little over a year ago, I haven’t stopped going. OTF Cutler Bay has become my second home and my favorite place to go to. It’s my one hour escape and the only time in my day that is completely dedicated to myself. I was 1 year post partum with my 2nd baby when I started and was at my heaviest weight in my life. Since starting in down almost 70lbs, have built muscle I’ve never had in my life, and built running endurance and so much strength. I’m so glad I gave myself the opportunity in joining OTF. I look forward to going each time I do, and miss it SO much on my rest days. If you’re considering trying it out or contemplating joining at all. This is your sign to go for it!
