Due to my rigid schedule, I don't always have the amount of time I need to complete a fulfilling workout on my own. OTF offers major calorie-scorching workouts that only take an hour. The Cutler Bay staff is energetic, organized, and always very welcoming. I highly recommend this location!
At a typical gym you are overwhelmed by all the machines and not really knowing the correct way to use them or what body parts to workout with which machine. At OTF you get a personalized workout and an instructor who is there to answer questions at any time during your workout routine. You just have to show up and all the guess work is done for you.
And the best part of all is the "splat" points. The goal is to get 12-20 splat points during your workout session and you will continue to burn fat after the workout. OTF REALLY works!!!
You take the time to motivate each person individually unlike some places..and your care about the proper technique. You push us to tr harder. Helping us to fix what we are doing wrong or if we are behind you make sure we get back up and keep going....and on top of that you keep it fun.
I love the classes are fun and the coaches are checking up on people to make sure they are doing well. I feel the workouts are targeting different areas that had helped lose weight.
My favorite coaches are Jenny, Cody and Jay.
I really like when the classes are not overcrowded.
