Awesome trainers and fun atmosphere. Miss the 3G 5:15pm classes. I have had more difficulty getting in at that time and that is often the only time I have to work out. Really bummed one day when I was turned away because the class was full.
Wow, okay...so what do I like about OTF...? The question should be what I don't like about it, because that list is much, much shorter. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY OTF. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff is great, the trainers are phenomenal, and the way I feel when I walk back out that door after my workout is simply unbeatable. I decided to join OTF three short months ago to get in better shape, physically-speaking; but now the main reason I keep going is for what it does to my mental health. The weight loss and muscle gain is just an added bonus for me now. And what a transformation I have gone through in such a short period of time. I am down almost 8-inches in my waist alone. I have lost nearly 20-lbs, but it looks like I've lost much more because muscle is heavier than fat, and I've gained a great deal of muscle. My arms are tone, my legs are solid, and I feel so much better about myself. OTF is an addiction for me...I NEED it!! LOL I suffer from both social anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder, and what this gym has done for my confidence and brain stability is incredible - better than any drug out there. Thank you Orangetheory Fitness for helping me be the best me that I can be!
I like that its a constant work out for 55 minutes, I just joined and I am use to doing circuit training with my running group whom am one of the coaches but I have to say OTF was a great overall workout. It doesn't matter how fit or not you are its all about you and your goal.
Very impressed so far
