Intense workouts! Workouts are never the same, that’s what I love about it. I easily get bored with same routine and I use to hate jogging but OT has me wanting to jog everyday on my own! That’s definitely a plus
I don't have to think about it, and it's different every time. I can do all the exercises, nothing too complicated, and push myself according to how I feel. I can see how hard I'm working real time with screens in the gym. The time is right, 60 mins, and I like that it combines endurance with strength training. I like running... I think it's the best way to get the heart fit quickly.
I like what the different coaches have to offer. Each one of them has a unique style.
I like not having to think about what I'm doing while I'm there. I like that the instructions are given and someone is monitoring your form and level of effort.
I like how I get such a varied, tough (but doable) workout in 60 minutes.
I like the encouragement and relationship building from our coaches.
