I enjoy that there is no work for me to come up with the workouts. I just come in and the workout is prepared.
I like the competitive nature (albeit maybe just with myself) but even seeing someone at 8-9 speed on the tread makes me want to go faster too. Also, being able to see my splat points/calories burned compared to others pushes me.
The coaches motivate you to go faster and push harder. You don’t get that with just going to the gym and lifting weights by yourself.
OTF is a great place to workout. A trainer is available if you have questions about your workout or if you need to modify your workout. I love the movement from the different rotations and knowing each day is different. I recommend giving it a try!!
Great class. I thought the explanations of the weight floor exercises were great and I enjoyed the treadmill climbs as well as being updated on the amount of time left and being encouraged to push yourself with each block.
I like how the workout is very different from the previous. I also like how clean it is, and how you focus on only yourself for the most part and just do what has to be done. Only thing is the size of the place. Thats it, everything else is awesome.
