I love the fact that I’m actually seeing results in a short amount of time. The workouts are designed to target specific areas all while maximizing cardiac output. The music is also vital because it helps keep the tempo especially when you want to stop at times - the right music helps you to keep focused. I appreciate the flexibility of times and I must say I have some WONDERFUL coaches. Megan has been a GREAT encourager, motivator, supporter and she pushes me to get the most out of my workout. Cassie is great too offering helpful tips in an effort that I do not cause injury to myself. It’s so funny because after Day One , I was determined not to return because I just about died. But after I got home, I thought about the goals I was trying to get accomplished within a 2 month time span and I knew realistically, OrangeTheory would get me there. I am so glad I didn’t give up. Within 2 months of training, I had accomplished my goals...and I’m not stopping now. THANK YOU ORANGETHEORY!!!!
I’m hooked on OTF. I enjoyed your studio and have had good coaches. I was a bit surprised that neither coach asked where I was from, introduced themselves or anything. They both did ask if I was ok though.
My only complaint is I feel like it’s fast placed and I don’t sometimes understand the exercises and I don’t feel like I have opportunities to ask for modifications because by the time I ask that round is over and I miss from benefiting from doing that exercise… And I don’t know what pace pace is or I get confused between that and the other one but they say a lot so I just wish there was maybe a class that kind of went over Terminology
