I have probably joined 10 gyms in my life and I've quit them all. OTF is the only workout that I have ever stuck with. It's become a part of my life and I look forward to every class instead of dreading it. When I first started I considered myself a power walker; I could barely run for 1 minute before completely exhausting myself. Now I can run a mile in 8 minutes and 42 seconds! I feel stronger, leaner, and way more confident in myself. I love the classes, the coaches and the OTF community.
Really like the high intensity & competitive environment. The variety between the weights, rowing machine & treadmill keeps me engaged & motivated. Dea & Chuck do a great job keeping the energy up with great music too 👍
This is th first time I actually look forward to working out since I have been back to the gym . Everyone Is so kind and I like the fact we get push to our limits and get closer to our goals each day. What I love best about the workout is that each day is different and I'm always leaving in pain ! Good pain. It's definitely a full body workout .
The workout are very effective if you desire a hard, fast-paced, efficient and fun experience while exercising. The coaches are positive and encouraging but you work at your own pace. People of all ages are part of each class and that is important to me because it's hard to find challenging workouts that older women (over 50) will attend. I am not a super athlete or competitive and I feel very comfortable working hard at a much slower pace than the younger people there. It's a great workout that is only 55 minutes long and different every day.
