I love the variety! No workout is the same from the day before. The coaches are wonderful and find ways to accommodate/challenge everyone in the class. I cannot speak more highly of Orange theory, especially the staff at Preston-Frankford!

I had a great time. I love the convenience of the schedule with classes all day long. The coaches are very well trained and love the way they motivate you to strive for more with an emphasis on quality of reps.

Everything I am a 56 year old man used to be a gym rat so I would like to see more dumbells on the floor. But, I have lost 33 lbs and more every week. I have improved my fitness greatly so - EVERYTHING. the AHA guidelines are apparent, which is important to me. In fact I would like to propose a 50+ tailored class . I would like to be considered to help start one (maybe you are already considering something like this to fill off peak)
