Love the workout. Have been doing it for years across the country. One piece of feedback though - I would recommend trying to be more positive and encouraging during the push/all-outs vs. sharing that you should be feeling miserable at that moment. It may work for some people, but I don't find that as motivating as focusing on the positive of giving more effort and challenging myself.
I have had 3 great workouts since starting Orangetheory a little over a week ago. The workouts are very challenging without being impossible with accommodations for different fitness levels. The group classes are motivating and I love looking up to see my progress on the heart rate monitor, calories burned and minutes spent in the various zones. A great work out!
