I love OTF! I've only been a member for about a week now, and I'm already feeling the results. The workout style is perfect for me and my goals and I love the coaches that I've met so far. The class schedule is great! (would love maybe a noon class on Saturday and some Friday evening classes). Coaches are encouraging, upbeat, knowledgeable and motivating!
It would be great to know what type of workout we are doing the day before so we can play other workouts accordingly. That being said, it's nice to be surprised as then you don't have any expectations and you just show up and get it done!

I love that I don't have to think about what to do when I work out because it has already been planned for me! I also love the intensity variations as it keeps the workouts challenging. And, the coaches are all pretty awesome too!
I love how effective the classes are. I love how the thinking is done for as how to work out and you’re not wasting time at a gym. I love that every workout is different. I love how the coaches monitor your improvement and know when to push you to give a little more. And I love the supportive friendships I have made there.
Focused workout that allows me to accomplish a workout that challenges me without comparison to others. The instructors are encouraging with the right amount of push. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. Overall a well spent hour. As Tom’s “ best hour of my day” when I go!
