I love the mix of cardio and strength training that happens in one class. The instructors challenge you to do more, which has made me stronger. There is also coaching that happens on the treadmill. Running has grown on me now that it's part of the routine.
Love the coaches! Love that you can start at ur own pace and there’s no judgment zone. Coaches are great encouraging you to push urself, if you can. We all have good days and bad, and the workout is NOT easy, but once done, you’ve accomplished something huge for yourself!
Coach Kara is awesome. She brings a sense of community to the class. It’s great to be able to meet new people and encourage each other as we workout together! She makes it so fun and I really look forward to coming back
The coaches are amazing and so helpful. I love the atmosphere because there is no pressure but if you want to push yourself you can. I really love the Dedham setup too, does not feel too crowded.
Loved my first experience at OTF! I got a really manageable but intense workout that lasted about 50 solid minutes. Trust me, I am feeling the efforts of my labor as we speak.
The staff was genuine and kind. Even the members greeted me and showed love. ❤️
