Each OTF class is very challenging and different so there is a variety that is offered which makes classes interesting. Another big component is my trainer. If Mallory wasn't there I would have quit over a year ago. I came in to end my membership as I was trying Lifetime Fitness. The expense was too high to keep both. Mallory turned me. She made a smart suggestion of dropping back down to the 8 times a month package and make sure that I liked Lifetime before I made any decisions. The Lifetime Fitness spell wore off and I no longer go there. I'm happy I've stayed with OTF for the last 2 years.
Always changes, always a challenge, no concerns about keeping up with others or holding others back because you're only competing with yourself (if you're smart!) Love the ability to track my progress with the performance summaries especially.
One thing I would mention: I was out for 4 weeks after an injury, after coming regularly 8x per month since March 2016. I was surprised that no one called to inquire why I hadn't come in or if there was some sort of problem. (There was, broken rib and toe.)
Just a follow-up when you see that someone's account is still current but their pattern has completely changed.
Zach is the best employee ever! He really cares about his clients and does an excellent job teaching. Also really liked Mallory's friendly personality and helpfulness during class. Location is super clean and front staff are very friendly.
