I love how I am pushed when I think I can't do anymore. I feel awesome after my workouts.
I really like the trainers that get to know my name and are able to encourage me personally. I work harder when they come by to check in or push me harder.
My wife and I have been members since the studio opened over 2.5 years ago. We like the diversity of workouts, as they are never exactly the same. The studio is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The trainers are great and go the extra mile to support your fitness goals. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help out with scheduling, re-scheduling, and billing questions. The sense of community is always very present, and it is a fun place to get your fitness on. The studio is always giving back to the community too, with fundraising events. There are always several fun "outside the studio" studio sponsored events, and form and nutritional classes on the schedule as well. So, as you can tell we are big OTF CHills fans.
I love the variety and the sense of community that comes with becoming a regular at certain classes.
The instructors are all fantastic and clearly very committed and care about their jobs
Most of all, I love that it's a great workout and I'm done for the day after an hour of hard work!
it is motivating, like that the trainers know me by name, like that you are building some esprit de corps around our community/clun with nutrition meeting, running club, weight loss challenge, team kobi etc.
like it when i get coached up to use better form ,but in an assertive and positive way.
