The trainers are amazing - they are motivational and knowledgable. The workouts are super fast-paced, and I know they are effective, because I can monitor my own heart rate and progress. Every day is different - I love it!
I push myself harder in an OTF workout, than I would on a self-guided workout. The workouts are always different, the coaches are high energy and enthusiastic. The gym and locker room is clean. I always feel amazing when I leave!
