I look forward to my OTF workouts because of your coaches and staff. All have taken the time to get to know me not just by name, but also me as an individual. It feels good to walk and be greeted by my first name and to have a legit conversation with staff. And it is consistent and done in all interactions with members.
Coaches make a point of checking in. I sprained my ankle back in October and finally made my way back to OTF in February. Natasha led my first workout. She checks in to make sure my ankle feels good up till now and always encourages me to push harder. She is my rock.
Eric is friggin fun! I love taking classes with him as he is high energy and its obvious that he loves what he does.
When I joined OTF I wanted to lose a few pounds. I wanted to go in, work and leave. Now it's a completely different experience for me and my week is not the same without checking in with all at OTF Glendale.

When people go to the gym and work out on their own, they get stuck in ruts. They do the same thing over and over and don't advance their progress. With OTF I know I'm going to get a little something different each time i'm there, and i've been going for 3 years!
I have had a great experience with all of the instructors I've taken classes from. There is something about the environment and the positivity that makes me push myself harder than I can by myself or in any other workout class. I just feel great about myself after each workout and I feel strong and capable because of OTF!
