I have written several times before about the workout. The only new piece is a concerted effort to keep the workouts current. It seems as though there are minor but significant changes in the workouts which likely reflect changes in workout theory. OTF has added exercises in the weight room and put a bit more emphasis on rowing. Putting the different workout types (endurance, strength, power, ESP) in a random order is also relatively new and a significant change.
I like that there is no waiting list and you can ALWAYS get into class; the studio is not oversold which makes it accessible and welcoming. The instructors are enthusiastic and engaging. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
We loved our class with Coach Scott, he is awesome!! He is an excellent coach, enthusiastic, fun and watches closely to ensure that members are using correct form. He also has the best music of any coach at any studio, love the rock!
I like the program sets and how they change every day. I also love the ability to individualize each workout myself without recrimination from the trainer. I wish the music was better, and I wish it were cooler in the studio (more air circulation). Also wish there was a better place to change clothes after work.
