I love Orangetheory Fitness. The trainers are very good, they motivate you a lot, show you how to do all the exercises properly. I like music very much too. Can't wait to go and work out there again.
I love the diversity, switching intensity levels and moving from weighted movements to rower and treadmill kept it interesting. Seeing my heart rate go up motivated me to keep on! The coach and lady that greeted me at the front desk, made me feel welcome and explained everything i would be doing in my workout. I love orange theory and have already started telling my friends. 10+orange theory!
I don’t feel intimidated. It’s very motivating starting from scratch in a small but fun class with all levels of fitness experience. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. Love it !
I need a structured workout. If I were to exercise on my own, I would have the tendency to do the same exercises over and over again. At Orangetheory, every time I go there the workouts are different. I like that. I need that.
I love having someone coach and instruct a class and holding myself accountable and committed to working out by pre-booking. I also like the great music and upbeat atmosphere of Orange Theory. It’s fun trying to keep your fitness in the orange zone and knowing when you need to push it into high gear or chill a little if you get in the red zone. Tiffany is an amazing instructor with high energy!
