I love the variability - having structure and something different to do than just ‘run’ or ‘lift’ makes a huge difference for me. I love having the coach guide me and challenge what I think I can do. Those “don’t stop now!” And “if you can do 8 reps w out rest- you need to increase your weight!” Comments are what help me push past barriers, improve times and change the reality of what I’m capable of.
I like that the workouts are different every day and the coaches are so encouraging. OTF is great for any fitness level and the coaches make everyone feel welcome. I am stronger since becoming a member and it feels great.
Feels very well rounded and is a fun environment to look forward to coming to! I like that there are a couple different choices of classes too - nice to mix it up sometimes
I love the coaches, the fellow members, the music and THE Workouts!!! It is so motivating and the time flies. I started walking and jogging a fee years ago and now I can run the whole class and lift heavier weights. Loving seeing the progress.
