Coaches are great! Equipment is in good condition and each class is filled with great people!

I love the variability - having structure and something different to do than just ‘run’ or ‘lift’ makes a huge difference for me. I love having the coach guide me and challenge what I think I can do. Those “don’t stop now!” And “if you can do 8 reps w out rest- you need to increase your weight!” Comments are what help me push past barriers, improve times and change the reality of what I’m capable of.

I loved the 3g class bc it gave a good mix of everything (strength, rowing and treadmill)! Annie the coach was always checking in with me!

Dontel and Annie were very accommodating, supportive and encouraging. Show me modifications of the exercises ( I’m a beginner)

I like that the workouts are different every day and the coaches are so encouraging. OTF is great for any fitness level and the coaches make everyone feel welcome. I am stronger since becoming a member and it feels great.

The variety and the coaches

Feels very well rounded and is a fun environment to look forward to coming to! I like that there are a couple different choices of classes too - nice to mix it up sometimes

I love the coaches, the fellow members, the music and THE Workouts!!! It is so motivating and the time flies. I started walking and jogging a fee years ago and now I can run the whole class and lift heavier weights. Loving seeing the progress.
