Your trainers are excellent. Peter in particular provides challenging workouts. However, he gives alternatives that fit my lower level of fitness. He is constantly checking on everyone to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly to minimize the possibility of injury.
I like the variety and the coaches are super energetic! I'm frustrated about the monitor though. it has a mind of it's own and sometimes it doesn't work. I'm thinking of forgetting about the monitor and just going in for my workout.
OrangeTheory is definitely one of the best options out there if you want to achieve your goals in a short term. Each and every coach is highly trained and motivational and will push you to your limit (which you'll really get to appreciate).
The staff on the front desk are extremely helpful and kind (not to mention that they're incredibly gorgeous)
No waste of time, no extremely crazy exercises (like the absurd crossfit), very diverse and achievable routines. Nice technology (TVs, heart monitors, App). However a minor issue with the App, you have to log-in overtime. It doest remember at least your user or take advantage of the touch ID. Everything else is great.
