I love it in Dover! Rachel is such an amazing coach, and Jenn always makes me feel welcome and so happy! Oh--and the workout is amazing--I love the setup of the studio!
Orange Theory workouts are always doable but challenging. There is always a variety of templates for the workouts during the course of the month with occasional repeats. You get to work various muscle groups using the rower, treadmill and floor exercises. The coaching is amazing. I would not be as successful with my workouts if I did not have the excellent coaching to keep me motivated and advancing my workouts.
One Monday morning my friend texted and asked me to join her at OTF about 15 minutes before the class started. I had no idea what OTF even was but I like being spontaneous and I LOVE working out, so I said yes! OTF is for everyone. Hate competitive workouts? join orange theory. LOVE competitive workouts? join orange theory. Hate working out? join orange theory and within the first 5 minutes into the class you'll love working out! Its the music, its the lights, its the company, its the coaches!, its how you're greeted when you walk in and its how you feel when you walk out!!!!
I like not having to think about what I'm doing - I like having a template, but love the fact that it is also completely customizable based on my personal fitness levels. Coaches are the BEST! Love the energy of an OTF workout!
I really don’t like the tread 50 I can’t stay on the tread that long. I love the 2 or 3 G so it’s a well rounded full body work out. I am 70 so need the balance. Please add more 2or 3 G!!!
Three things. 1. I make decisions all day long and suffer decision fatigue and tend to wander aimlessly in a gym without a plan. I like to walk into the studio where the plan is completed. The decision is made and thus allows me to focus on execution. 2. The short immediate feedback loop of how my heart rate is empowering. 3. The positive and compassionate leaders who welcome me each day and give me feedback on how to execute effectively and safely. When they check in me I feel as though I’m the their most important client.
