I have been working out at Orange Theory for about a year and a half and I am thrilled with the results. The various combined cardio and strength training have tremendously improved my overall fitnes. I can always count on the friendly staff and excellent trainers to add fun to 60 minutes of my day!
With OrangeTheory I finally found the workout I actually look forward to going to. The reason I love it (besides the bright, positive space and awesome coaches and staff) is that I see results! Not only have I seen physical benefits (weight loss and strength), but mental as well. I deal with anxiety issues and always feel better after an OrangeTheory workout.
I love that I cant say "I will just go work out tomorrow" I have a set time to workout and I have to make myself make time for it and once I am there I LOVE IT. I'm just sorry I didn't start sooner! I have lost weight, have more energy and feel great. I can not see myself NOT working out at OTF!
