From the positive coaching, clean facility, and welcoming staff, my Orange Theory workout experience is well-rounded. The encouraging environment makes me want to top my last splat points and calorie count. My goal is to be my personal best. Orange Theory's changing full-body workouts keeps things new, fresh, and exciting helping me achieve my workout goal.
The ability to complete the workout at my own pace while still being pushed and being given a pre-set workout so I don't have to formulate one on my own. Also being able to see how I'm progressing (or sometimes degressing) through my workout so I know my workout is not in vain. This also motivates me throughout the workouts.
It's an easy way to come in, get a planned workout that you know is working, and then leave! Coaches are fun and encouraging. It challenges me to run faster and lift heavier - things I wouldn't do on my own.
I like that is always changing and it is challenging. I hate strength training, but I know I need it and having a workout that mixes the aerobic and strength parts feels like I get rewarded for completing my weight room portion.
I can see improvements in my running performance as well in the short 3 months with 2 sessions per week.
The location is perfect just half block from my job. The trainers, the staff, and the customers are great, friendly, and motivating... what else can I ask for? .... 6:30 am CT class on Friday's!!! all year round.
