It is the only thing I have consistently stuck to for more than a few months at a time. The workouts make sense, the coaches are great, and I feel good after I leave!
I love that the workouts are completely adaptable for your needs on a particular day or for a changing season in your life. I am 6 months pregnant and have worked out consistently so far. Although my workouts have changed slightly, I am still achieving my goals in a safe way and that's all thanks to OTF.
I like that it pushed me and it was a very welcoming environment. It’s always nerve racking for me going to a new place because I’m not sure what to expect but everyone was nice and we had a great time! I also couldn’t walk for two days!
I love the variety of the classes and enjoy the high energy. I also like that I can go at my own pace and the instructors are always available for modifications.
